Dumpster Rental in Corinthian Point, TX

We deliver across Montgomery County and the counties around it, not just Corinthian Point.

Corinthian Point is part of our Willis dumpster rentalservice area.

Corinthian Point sits on the north shore, and most of what we haul out of here is seasonal: dock and deck tear-out, storm debris, and weekend cleanouts.

Which means timing matters more here than almost anywhere else we deliver.

Corinthian Point is on the north side of Lake Conroe, minutes from our Willis yard.

Call early in the week for a weekend

Spring weekends on the lake fill first and they fill fast. If your plan depends on having a container on a Saturday morning, ring us at the start of that week rather than the Thursday. The same applies after a storm. When the north shore gets hit we run flat out for a week, and the people who called first are the people who get containers. Saturday morning delivery is available for an extra fee. We're open until noon. And those slots go earliest of all.

Dock, deck and storm loads

Treated lumber, decking, railing and pilings all go in as construction debris. Brush, limbs and fence sections from a storm are fine too. Cut long limbs so they lie flat or you will pay to haul air. What cannot go in is concrete, so bulkhead caps and footings need handling separately. Green waste and wet timber both run heavier than they look, so mention what is coming off and we will size it for weight as well as volume.

Common questions about Corinthian Point dumpster rental

When should I book for a weekend job?

Early in the same week. Spring weekends on the lake fill fastest of anything on our board, and Saturday slots go earliest of all.

Do you handle storm debris here?

Yes, and it is a good share of what we do on the north shore. Cut long limbs so they lie flat rather than heaped.

Can I include concrete from a bulkhead?

No. Timber, decking and railing are fine; concrete caps and footings have to be handled separately.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Corinthian Point?

For a driveway placement in Corinthian Point you do not need anything. Street placement is the exception and it is the one case where you should check locally first. HOAs are the more common obstacle around here, and they usually care about how long it sits rather than whether it is there.

How much room does the container need?

Think of a large pickup with a bit to spare: 16 feet by 7 and a half, identical across all three sizes. The truck needs more room than the container does, around 60 feet to line up and back in, and clear sky above the drop point. Low branches are the thing that stops us, not narrow driveways.

Do you take appliances and refrigerators?

Appliances yes. Washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves and water heaters all go straight in. Refrigerators, freezers and AC units are the exception: they need a tag on them showing a technician has removed the Freon. With the tag they are fine, without it the landfill will not take them.
