25 Yard Dumpster Rental
The 25 yard is the largest container we run. It is the right call when the debris is bulky rather than dense β big cleanouts, construction sites, and anything involving furniture in quantity.
Four tons included, $529 for three days or $559 for seven, plus sales tax.

What fits
Roughly ten pickup loads. A large or multi-storey house cleared completely, a full estate clearance, a commercial tenant finish-out, a whole-property landscaping tear-out, or the running debris from a house under construction.
The case for the 25 is almost always volume. Furniture, cabinetry, packaging, insulation, decking and brush all take up far more room than they weigh, and on that kind of load the largest container is the cheapest way to move the job because it saves you a second delivery.
It needs more room than the others
Around 22 feet of container, so you want closer to 70 feet of clear straight approach and the usual 23 feet of overhead clearance to tip it off the truck.
That rules it out on a lot of tight established driveways. If you are in an older neighbourhood with mature trees over the drive, check with us before booking β we would rather talk it through than send a truck that cannot place it. On acreage and new-build lots it is rarely a problem.
Where the 25 is the wrong answer
Heavy material. Four tons sounds generous until you put a roof in it: a full tear-off of asphalt shingles can exceed four tons while the container still looks half empty, and overage is $75 per ton.
The same goes for tile, plaster, brick and wet debris. On dense loads the 15 yard is the correct container and two 15s beat one 25. Concrete, dirt, sod and fill we cannot take at all, in any size.
What it costs
$529 for three days, $559 for seven, including delivery, pickup and disposal up to four tons, with free delivery inside 20 miles.
Beyond that: $10 per extra day, $75 per ton over four tons, and $2.50 per mile past the free 20, measured from the landfill off Highway 105 near Security.
On larger jobs it is worth a phone call rather than booking online. If you are going to need more than one container we will price the run and keep swaps moving so your crew never stops.
Common questions
What are the dimensions of a 25 yard dumpster?
Roughly 22 feet long by 8 feet wide. It needs more approach room than the smaller containers β closer to 70 feet of clear straight run.
Will a 25 yard fit on a residential driveway?
Often, but not always, and it is the one worth checking before you book. On tight or heavily treed driveways the 15 or 20 is the safer choice.
Is a 25 yard good for a roof tear-off?
No. Shingles are heavy enough that you would hit four tons before filling it, and overage runs $75 per ton. Take a 15 yard, or two.
How much weight is included?
Four tons β the most of any container we run. Past that it is $75 per ton off the scale ticket.
Can I have more than one on site?
Yes. On bigger builds we run multiple containers or keep swaps rolling. Call and we will price the whole job rather than each haul.
