Where we run in Montgomery
We cover the city and the surrounding area west and north of the lake: Highway 105 west, FM 149, FM 1097 west, FM 2854 and the roads running down to the water. The 77316 and 77356 ZIPs are both regular territory for us. We are in the lake communities most weeks. Walden on Lake Conroe, Bentwater, April Sound, Del Lago, Grand Harbor, Lake Conroe Village. As well as Woodforest, Lake Creek Forest, Hills of Town Creek and Town Creek Crossing.

The work splits fairly cleanly. On the water it is dock and bulkhead material, boathouse tear-outs, deck replacement and cleanouts on properties that have just sold. Inland on the acreage it is barns, sheds, fencing and brush. Both run heavier than a suburban cleanout, and both are the sort of job where people underestimate the time. Yes, we are in all of them regularly. They are gated, so we need a code or a name left at the guard house before the truck arrives. Some also limit contractor delivery hours. Tell us the window and we will schedule inside it.
My driveway is long and has big trees over it. Can the truck get in?
Often yes, but send a photo first. We need roughly 23 feet of overhead clearance to tip a container off the truck, and low oak limbs over a long drive are the most common reason we cannot place one where somebody wanted it in Montgomery.
Can you set a container on grass or an unpaved drive?
Sometimes, on firm level ground and in dry weather. After heavy rain it is a real risk. A loaded truck can sink and doing damage getting it out helps nobody. We will look at a photo and tell you honestly.
