15 Yard Dumpster Rental
The 15 yard is the container we recommend most often, and not because it is the cheapest. It is the shortest one we run, which makes it the one that fits driveways where a 20 or a 25 simply will not go — and it is the right choice for heavy material, where the weight limit matters more than the space.

What actually fits in a 15 yard
Think of it as about six pickup loads. In practice that covers a two-car garage cleared to the walls, an attic, a single-room remodel, a bathroom gut, or the contents of a small apartment.
The low 4.5 foot walls matter more than people expect. You are lifting everything over that wall by hand, and the difference between a 4.5 foot wall and a 6 foot one is the difference between sliding a cabinet in and wrestling it overhead. On a job you are loading yourself, the smaller container is often faster to fill.
Why it is the right size for heavy debris
Weight, not volume, is what stops a roll-off. Every container has an included tonnage — two tons on the 15 yard — and overage is $75 per ton off the landfill scale ticket.
With dense material, a bigger container does not help. Shingles, tile, plaster and wet debris will hit the weight limit long before the box is full, so a 25 yard just gives you more room to run up an overage charge. For a roof tear-off or a tile floor coming out, the 15 yard is deliberately the right answer. If you have more than one 15 yard's worth of heavy material, two 15s beat one 25.
What we cannot take at all, in any container, is concrete, dirt, sod or fill.
Tight driveways and short approaches
This is the other reason to take the 15. In the established neighbourhoods around Spring and the older parts of Conroe, driveways were poured for two cars and the trees have had thirty years to grow over them.
We still need roughly 60 feet of straight approach and about 23 feet of overhead clearance to roll a container off the truck, but the 15 yard is the shortest body we carry and it clears placements the others cannot. If you are unsure, send a photo of the driveway when you call and we will tell you honestly what will fit.
What it costs
$399 for three days, $429 for seven. That covers delivery, pickup and disposal up to two tons, plus free delivery within 20 miles.
Beyond that: extra days are $10 each, weight over two tons is $75 per ton, and mileage past the free 20 is $2.50 per mile measured from the landfill off Highway 105 near Security. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. There is nothing else — we quote the whole thing before anything rolls.
If you think the job is borderline, take the seven day. It is $30 more up front and cheaper than three $10 extensions.
