15 Yard
16′ L × 7.5′ W × 4.5′ H
- 2 tons included
- $75/ton over the included weight

Single-room remodels, a bathroom, a small roof tear-off, or a light clear-out. The smallest can we run.
We deliver across Montgomery County and the counties around it, not just Roman Forest.
Roman Forest lives up to the name. It is a wooded community where the tree cover, not the driveway, is what decides whether a container can go where you want it.
That makes it one of the few places where we would genuinely rather see a photo before we send a truck.
Roman Forest is near New Caney and a short run for us off the corridor.
Straight pricing, quoted in full before anything rolls. Every rental includes delivery, pickup and disposal up to the included tonnage. Need it longer? Extra days are just $10/day.

We drop containers in Roman Forest constantly, so there is not much to arrange. Pick your dates, tell us where you want it, and the driver handles the rest when he gets there. Most loads out of here are remodel debris, garage and attic clear-outs, flooring and yard waste. If anything about the spot is awkward he will deal with it on the day. You do not need to measure anything or send us photos.
Not sure what size you need in Roman Forest? The 15 yard, 20 yard and 25 yard pages each explain what fits and what does not. We also cover construction dumpster rental, roofing dumpsters and estate cleanouts.
That is the thing to check here. We need roughly 20 to 23 feet of vertical clearance at the drop point. Send a photo looking up the driveway and we will tell you in advance.
The 15 yard is the shortest container we run and often fits where the others do not. Failing that we look for another placement. Sometimes the street or a clearer part of the lot works.
Yes. Cut long limbs so they lie flat rather than heaped, or most of the container goes to air.
Each size carries its own allowance: 2 tons, 3 tons and 4 tons as you go up. Overage is $75 per ton against the scale ticket. The way people get caught out is material density, not volume. A half full container of shingles weighs more than a full one of cabinets.
On private property, no. Driveways and job sites do not need one. On a public street it depends on the jurisdiction, and in Montgomery County that is worth a phone call before delivery day. Tell us if the street is the only option and we will work around the timing.
All three sizes are the same footprint on the ground: 16 feet long and 7 and a half feet wide. Only the wall height changes, from 4 and a half feet up to 6 and a half. So a 25 yard takes no more of your driveway than a 15 does. Allow roughly 60 feet of straight approach for the truck and about 23 feet of overhead clearance.
Book online in a couple of minutes, or call and talk to someone who knows the area. We'll quote your exact total, mileage and all, before anything rolls.
