Common questions about Spring dumpster rental
Will the dumpster crack my driveway?
It should not, and we take steps to make sure. We put boards under the wheels and the container to spread the weight. Tell us if your concrete is new. Anything poured in the last year or two gets extra protection as a matter of course.
What size dumpster fits a tight Spring driveway?
The 15 yard. It is the shortest container we run and it is the one that fits driveways where a 20 or 25 will not. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the driveway and we will tell you what will actually go in there.
How much room does the truck need?
Roughly 60 feet of straight clear approach and about 23 feet of overhead clearance to tip the container off. In Spring the usual obstacle is low tree limbs rather than width. Move any cars before we arrive.
Will my HOA allow a dumpster in Spring?
Most do, but several Spring HOAs limit how many days one can sit or require notice first. Check your covenants before booking, particularly if you are taking a 7 day rental. We cannot check it for you, but it is worth the call.
Is there a mileage charge to Spring?
There can be. Mileage is $7 plus $2.50 a mile, measured from our Conroe location. Give us your address and we will quote the exact total before anything is booked.
Can you put the dumpster on the street instead of the driveway?
Sometimes, but that depends on your city or HOA rules rather than on us. Some require a permit for a container in the roadway. The driveway is simpler where it will fit.
