Plan on about 22 feet of length, 10 feet of width and 20 feet of overhead clearance so the truck can tilt and roll the container off. A standard two-car driveway works fine.

Roll-offs are heavy, so on newer concrete, pavers or a freshly sealed drive we recommend driveway boards under the rails. Just ask when you book — it's a quick step that prevents the most common complaint in this business.

Usually yes, and we do it often on acreage and lot cleanouts. The risk is soft ground — if it's been raining, a loaded container can sink or rut. Tell us the surface when you book and we'll advise.

Often, yes — we place containers through side gates regularly. What we need to know ahead of time is the gate width, the overhead clearance, and whether the approach is firm. Send a photo if you're unsure and we'll tell you honestly whether it will go.

Not usually. As long as we know exactly where you want it and the spot is clear and accessible, we can deliver without you there. Mark the spot if you want it precise — a piece of cardboard or a couple of cones works.

Not if it's going on your own driveway or property, which covers most of our jobs. If it has to sit on a public street, permit rules depend on your city or HOA — check with them first, and call us if you'd like help figuring out what applies.

Let us know when you book and get our driver cleared at the gate ahead of your delivery window. This is the single most common cause of a delayed drop-off in gated communities like April Sound and Bentwater.

Only a few minutes once the driver is on site and the spot is clear. Most of the time is the drive, not the drop.

Almost always. Tight cul-de-sacs, low limbs and narrow country lanes are the exceptions — mention it when you book and we'll plan the approach.

Rain adds real weight, especially with drywall, carpet, dirt or yard waste. If bad weather is coming and you're near your tonnage, cover the load or call us about an earlier pickup.

No, please don't. They're far heavier than they look, dragging one wrecks a driveway, and you can hurt yourself badly. Call us and we'll reposition it.

There's nothing on the container to lock, but you can cover it with a tarp. If illegal dumping is a real concern, put it behind a gate where practical.

It happens, and unfortunately the weight lands on your invoice. If your container sits streetside, a tarp discourages most of it.

Not required, but it helps in two ways: it keeps rain out, which keeps weight down, and it keeps other people's junk out.

As close as the truck can safely back and tilt. There has to be room for the bed to raise, so directly against the wall usually isn't possible — a few feet out is normal.

That's a real constraint. The truck bed goes up around 20 feet to set and retrieve a container, so if lines cross your drive we need to place it elsewhere. Point them out when you book.

Yes — we do it constantly for construction. Send a pin drop or cross streets and tell us where on the lot you want it.

There can be scuffing where the rails and wheels sit, which is exactly what the boards prevent. On new, stamped or sealed concrete, ask for them.
