How much does a dumpster rental cost?
Our 15 yard is $399 for 3 days or $429 for 7 days, the 20 yard is $449 or $479, and the 25 yard is $529 or $559, plus sales tax. That covers delivery, pickup and disposal up to the included tonnage, with free delivery within 20 miles. Extra days are $10 per day, and beyond 20 miles there's a $2.50 per mile charge.
Is there a delivery or mileage fee?
Delivery is free within 20 miles. Past that, it's $2.50 per mile, measured from the landfill off Highway 105 near Security. Most jobs in our core service area fall inside the free radius. Give us your address when you call and we'll tell you exactly where you land before anything rolls.
What does the price actually include?
Delivery, pickup, and disposal up to your container's included tonnage — 2 tons on the 15 yard, 3 on the 20 yard, 4 on the 25 yard — plus free delivery within 20 miles. On top of that you'd only have mileage past 20 miles, overage if you go over the included weight, or extra days if you keep it longer.
What happens if I go over the included weight?
Overage is $75 per ton. The landfill weighs every load, so the charge is based on the actual scale ticket, not an estimate. Wet debris and shingles add up faster than people expect — and concrete, dirt and fill aren't accepted at all.
How much does it cost to keep the dumpster longer?
Extra days are $10 per day, subject to availability. Let us know before your scheduled pickup date and we'll push it back rather than sending a truck for nothing.
Do you offer 30-day rentals?
No — we run 3-day and 7-day rentals only. If you need a container longer than a week, take the 7-day and add extra days at $10 per day.
How do I pay?
We take cash, card and check. You can book and pay by card online through our booking system, or call and we'll take care of it over the phone. Paying by cash or check is fine too — just let us know when you book.
Do you require a deposit?
You can pay in full when you book online, or settle up with us over the phone. If you're a contractor running repeat work and want to talk about billing, give us a call.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Call us as early as you can. If we haven't rolled a truck yet, rescheduling is usually no trouble. Once a driver is on the way it becomes a wasted trip, which is the situation we'd both rather avoid.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The things that can add to your base price are all published: mileage past 20 miles at $2.50 per mile, $10 per extra day, $75 per ton over your included weight, and a Saturday delivery fee. We quote the whole thing before anything rolls.
Do you offer discounts for contractors or repeat customers?
If you're running regular jobs, call us and we'll talk. Steady volume is worth something to us and we'd rather keep your work than squeeze it.
What's the cheapest dumpster you offer?
The 15 yard at $399 for three days is our lowest-priced option, with free delivery inside 20 miles. For most small cleanouts it's the right can anyway, not just the cheapest.
Do I pay less if the dumpster is only half full?
No — the rental price covers the container, the delivery, the pickup and the disposal allowance whether you fill it or not. That's why sizing it right matters, and why we'd rather talk you into the correct can than the biggest one.
What happens if I go over on both weight and days?
They're billed separately: $75 per ton over your included tonnage, and $10 for each extra day. Both show up on the final invoice with the scale ticket behind the weight charge.
How is the weight actually measured?
The landfill scales the truck loaded and empty, and the difference is your weight. You're billed off that ticket, not an estimate, and we can show it to you.
Is the mileage fee charged one way or round trip?
Mileage is measured from the landfill off Highway 105 near Security, and the first 20 miles are free. Most jobs in our core area land inside that. Call with your address and we'll tell you exactly where you fall before you commit.
Do you charge a fuel surcharge?
No separate fuel surcharge. Distance is handled entirely through the mileage fee, and only past the free 20 miles.
Do you offer discounted rates for multiple dumpsters or big projects?
Yes. If you need several containers, repeat drop-offs, or you're running a large project, call us and we'll work out a negotiated rate. List price is for one-off rentals — steady volume should cost you less, and we'd rather keep your work.
