What sizes do you offer?
Three roll-off sizes: 15, 20 and 25 yard. All three are 16 feet long and 7.5 feet wide — only the height changes, from 4.5 feet on the 15 yard up to 6.5 feet on the 25 yard. That means if one fits your driveway, they all do.
Which size do I need?
As a rough guide: the 15 yard suits a garage or attic cleanout, a single-room remodel or a small roof tear-off. The 20 yard handles a whole-home cleanout, a kitchen or bath remodel, or flooring and deck removal. The 25 yard is for new construction, large renovations and commercial or estate cleanouts. If you're between two sizes, call — we size these all day and it takes about two minutes.
What are the exact dimensions?
All three are 16' long by 7.5' wide. The 15 yard is 4.5' tall, the 20 yard is 5.5' tall and the 25 yard is 6.5' tall.
Is it better to size up or size down?
Size up. A second haul costs far more than the difference between two container sizes, and the footprint is identical — the bigger can only takes more height, not more driveway.
Can I overfill it or load above the top rail?
No. Every container has a maximum load line, and we can't legally haul a load above it — the debris has to be level with the top rail so it can be tarped. If it's overloaded we may have to ask you to pull material off before we can take it.
How many pickup truck loads fit in a 15 yard?
Roughly four to five full-size pickup loads. It's the right call for a garage cleanout, a single room, or a small tear-off.
How many pickup truck loads fit in a 20 yard?
Around six to eight full-size pickup loads — our most commonly rented size, and the safe pick when you're between two.
How many pickup truck loads fit in a 25 yard?
Roughly eight to ten full-size pickup loads. It's the one for new construction, big renovations and commercial cleanouts.
What size dumpster do I need for a garage cleanout?
A 15 yard handles most garage cleanouts. If you're also clearing an attic or a shed at the same time, step up to the 20.
What size dumpster for a kitchen remodel?
A 20 yard. Cabinets are bulky rather than heavy, so you'll run out of space before you run out of weight — and tile or countertop makes that flip fast.
What size dumpster for a bathroom remodel?
A 15 yard is usually plenty for a single bathroom. Two bathrooms at once, or a bathroom plus tile floors elsewhere, and you want the 20.
What size dumpster for a roof replacement?
Depends on the squares and the number of layers. A small tear-off often fits a 15 yard; a typical full roof wants a 20. Shingles are heavy, so call us with the roof size and we'll match the tonnage.
What size dumpster for a whole-house cleanout?
A 20 yard for most homes, a 25 if the house is large or has been lived in a long time. Furniture eats space quickly.
What size dumpster for new construction?
The 25 yard. Framing offcuts, packaging and drywall scrap are all bulk, and the fewer hauls you pay for the better your job costs look.
What size dumpster for deck or fence removal?
A 20 yard covers most decks and fence runs. Old treated lumber is heavier than it looks once it's been rained on, so don't undersize it.
What size dumpster for an estate cleanout?
Usually a 25 yard, or a 20 with a swap partway through. Estate jobs almost always produce more than the family expects.
Will a 25 yard fit in a normal driveway?
Yes. All three of our containers have the same 16' by 7.5' footprint — the 25 is taller, not longer. If a 15 fits your driveway, so does a 25.
How tall are the walls on each size?
4.5 feet on the 15 yard, 5.5 on the 20, and 6.5 on the 25. If you're loading heavy material by hand, the lower wall on the 15 is genuinely easier on your back.
Is there a door on the end so I can walk debris in?
Yes, our containers have a rear door that swings open, which makes a real difference when you're moving appliances, furniture or anything you can't lift over the rail.
What if I underestimate and need a second one?
Call us and we'll bring another, or swap the full one for an empty. A swap is billed as a new haul, which is why sizing up at the start is usually the cheaper move.
