Spring Trails is straightforward from our end. Tell us when you want it and where it goes, and we bring it. The driver decides what he needs when he pulls up, which is how it should be. Most of what leaves here is remodel debris, garage and attic clear-outs, flooring and yard waste.

What size for a whole-home cleanout?
A 20 yard minimum, and a 25 if the attic and garage are included. Furniture is bulky rather than heavy and fills a container faster than people expect.
Should I book three days or seven?
Seven. Clearances reliably run long, and extra days added afterwards at $10 each cost more than booking it right up front.
What do I need to keep out?
Paint, solvents, chemicals, propane, batteries, tires, and anything with refrigerant in it. Garages hold most of these, so set a corner aside before you load.
Do you take appliances and refrigerators?
Appliances yes. Washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves and water heaters all go straight in. Refrigerators, freezers and AC units are the exception: they need a tag on them showing a technician has removed the Freon. With the tag they are fine, without it the landfill will not take them.
Which size do I need for a roof tear-off in Spring Trails?
The 15 yard. Shingles are heavy for their volume, so the weight allowance runs out before the space does. A bigger can would just be room you cannot fill legally, and a taller wall to throw over.
What if I fill it before the job is done?
Call and we swap it. We take the full one and leave an empty in the same spot, usually without you needing to be there. On bigger jobs we will plan the swaps in advance so your crew is never standing around waiting on a container.
